Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Because Andrada Gallery offers original artworks and custom-made print-on-demand products, returns and refunds are limited. This policy explains when and how you may request a return, product replacement, or refund.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  • The product was delivered damaged or has a manufacturing defect
  • You notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
  • You provide clear photographic evidence of the damage (applicable to both original artworks and prints)

Due to the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds outside of these specific circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Original artworks (unless damaged in transit)
  • Print-on-demand artworks (as they are made specifically for your order)
  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if offered)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, please email us within 7 days at office@andradagallery.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a refund, product replacement, or store credit.

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Product Replacement

We do not offer product replacements unless the item you received was damaged or defective, and you request a replacement instead of a refund. All replacements are subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are covered only when the product is damaged or defective.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Then contact us at office@andradagallery.com if the issue persists
